"Trim Off Fat" Salad
  • 2 cups mini orange tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 2 cups mini red tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 4 persian cucumbers, ½in. thick sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • salt, pepper as desired
  1. In a large bowl, add in cucumbers, tomatoes, basil, red onion, salt and pepper.
  2. Toss it all well.Ready to serve! Enjoy!
