Fluffy & Gluten Free Waffles
Recipe type: Breakfast
  • 2¾ cup flour(Arrowhead Mills Organic Pancake & Waffle Mix Gluten Free), spooned and leveled
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 5 Tbsp Grape Seed Oil
  • Oil Spray
  • Waffle Maker(Breville)
  • Topping: Maple Syrup, raspberries, sliced strawberries or your favorite topping.
  1. Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instruction. In large bowl, whisk eggs until slightly beaten. Beat in oil, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg and whisk well. Make sure to scrape off cinnamon and nutmeg from sides of a bowl. Slowly add flour mix ¼ cup at a time and mix well (don’t over mix). Let batter sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Spray preheated waffle iron with oil spray. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron.. Don’t over pour. Leave some room for waffles to rise during cooking! Cook waffles until deep brown & crispy. Enjoy 😊
