Green Beans with Cilantro

Recipe type: One Pot Dishes
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro, cut coarsely
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 lb / 16oz Green Beans
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil
  1. Preheat skillet on medium heat, add Grapeseed Oil to it. Add Green Beans cover with a lid. Let it cook for 3 minutes. Then add water and cover with lid until soft and cooked through. After remove lid and let liquid evaporate and add garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. Ready to serve.
