Pumpkin Waffles
Nothing is better than on a cool fall morning to start with a mug of coffee and pumpkin waffles. Every bite of these Pumpkin Waffles tastes like autumn heaven. This recipe is simple to make.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose Flour
- 3 tsps baking Powder
- ⅓ cup brown Sugar
- 2 tsps Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 3 large Eggs
- 3 Tbsps Grapeseed Oil
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, spice, sugar, and baking powder. In a large bowl, whisk together, eggs, buttermilk, pumpkin puree, oil and vanilla extract.
- Add flour mixture to wet mixture and mix until batter is combined.
- Lightly coat waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour about 1 cup batter into center of iron (amount may vary depending on size of iron), spreading evenly with a spatula. Cook until waffles are golden brown and crisp, 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from waffle maker machine and quickly toss onto a plate. Allow it cool slightly. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with pumpkin syrup or maple syrup.
