Very Berry Salad
Very Berry Salad-Tasty and healthy dessert to have for brunch or snack! Great to make when guests are at the door!

- 2 cup raspberries
- 2 cup blueberries
- 2 cup strawberries, hulled and diced
- 1 cup blackberries
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- Mint, fine chop
- Wash and gently dry berries and mint well; place the berries in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice with powdered sugar. Pour the sauce over fruit and add chopped mint. Stir gently to combine until fruits are well coated with the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
- (Optional): Garnish with whipped cream for an extra special treat.
